Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused, unworn and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags, certificates and accessories.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, spiritual and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Energised, consecrated or specially prayed-over (siddh) items.
- Ganga Jal and other consumable/sacred water products once the seal is opened.
- Custom-made, personalised or made-to-order products.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number.
- Share photos of the item and, if applicable, the issue.
- Our team will review and share return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and hand it to the assigned courier.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is approved and processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per the conditions above.
